Limited Warranty

All products are sold “as is” and “as available” with limited and implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, SKT Innovations LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied not outlined or stated within the warranty and returns policy. Proof of purchase (including where and when it was purchased) will be required. Unless otherwise stated and indicated, SKT Innovations offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for its products and accessories listed below and warrants these products to to be free of defects in materials and workmanship listed below for you, the original purchaser:

This warranty is for purchases from SKT Innovations direct and authorized sellers of SKT Innovations products and extends only to the original purchaser. Because SKT Innovations cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only if the product was purchased from SKT Innovations or a SKT Innovations authorized seller in the United States. SKT Innovations reserves the right to deny warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. This warranty is not transferable except where prohibited by applicable law.

SKT Innovations’ obligations under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at SKT Innovations’ option, products which are determined, upon delivery to and inspection by SKT Innovations, to be defective. Under no circumstance shall SKT Innovations be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from defective products, nor shall SKT Innovations liability exceed the price paid for the product by the original purchaser.

Limitation of Liabilities

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THOSE STATED HEREIN. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SKT INNOVATIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR STRICT LIABILITY.

PURCHASER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM OR LOSS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS ALLEGING STRICT LIABILITY OR NEGLIGENCE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE AFFECTED PRODUCT, IN SKT INNOVATIONS’ SOLE DISCRETION. SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. THIS WARRANTY MAY NOT BE MODIFIED, EXCEPT AS MADE IN WRITING BY SKT INNOVATIONS.

This warranty does not apply to or cover:

(1) Normal wear and tear, corrosion, abrasion, or damages due to natural causes or acts of God.

(2) Items that would be consumed or require replacement due to normal wear.

(3) Costs incurred by the purchaser for the shipment of the product to the SKT Innovations repair facility.

(4) Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper service, or improper storage.

(5) Damage resulting from accident, neglect, or other circumstances beyond SKT Innovations’s control.

(6) Damage resulting from use not in accordance with all instructions pertaining to operation, maintenance, and safety set forth in catalogs, manuals, online media, and instructions furnished by SKT Innovations.

(7) Damage resulting from modifications, disassembly, tampering, alterations, or repairs made without SKT Innovations’ authorization.

(8) IN NO EVENT SHALL SKT INNOVATIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE AFFECTED PRODUCT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, AND LOSS OF PRODUCTION.

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to assist you. You may return any SKT Innovations product that does not meet your expectations within 30 days of initial delivery for a full refund or SKT Innovations store credit (with proof of purchase). We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Typical Non-Warranty Return / Exchange / Refund Timeline

Please email us at info@SKTINNOVATIONS.com to initiate a non-warranty return, refund, or exchange of your SKT Innovations product. Proof of purchase (including where and when it was purchased) will be required.

With prior approval and confirmation from SKT Innovations, you should expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks of shipping your package to SKT Innovations; however, in many cases, you will most likely receive a refund sooner.

This non-warranty return/exchange/refund process typically includes the following steps and timelines:

(1-3 business days) return authorization confirmation from SKT Innovations
(5-10 business days) transit time from the shipper
(3-5 business days) process time for your return once received
(5-10 business days) bank/credit card payment process time

SKT Innovations will notify you via email about your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

IMPORTANT – DO NOT RETURN THE TOOL TO THE DEALER FOR WARRANTY SERVICE.

SKT Innovations may require that items be provided for inspection to confirm the existence of a defect in material or workmanship. Furnishing of proof of purchase (including where and when it was purchased) is required before remedy will be provided under the terms of this warranty, and you must receive prior authorization to send your product to SKT Innovations in Henderson, Nevada. SKT Innovations assumes no responsibility for products returned without our prior authorization. You, the original purchaser, are responsible for costs incurred for shipping the product.
